About Me
I’m Drew Marcum, a Game Audio Network Guild award-nominated sound designer and audio storyteller. I work with Unreal Engine 5 and MetaSounds to create immersive audio systems for games, including live service titles, 3D top-down experiences, and an RTS for Meta Quest.
I have extensive experience working in Wwise and FMOD, and I love building audio systems that feel responsive, expressive, and connected to gameplay. When I’m not designing sounds at my desk, you can usually find me wandering with a field recorder, creating otherworldly textures on my modular synths, or out hiking with my dog, Benedict.
